Frankie Chappell (2010/11 & 2016/17)

Alongside club captain Liam Friend, Frank formed arguably the best and most consistent centre-back partnership in every division that the pair have played for Invicta.

Marked his 300th appearance with the winning goal in a stirring 3-2 win at Corinthian Casuals in October 2013.

A genuinely outstanding defender who, like Friendy, somehow escapes too many bookings – the blight of any defender’s life and virtually an occupational hazard for any centre-back.

Has missed miraculously few games for Folkestone, especially in this, his second spell at the club.
